As many of you are aware, the Coalition has engaged Resource Development Group of Columbus, Ohio to assist with developing a future funding strategy. The first step in this process is to undertake a concept audit, which will help us match the strategic initiatives recently laid-out within the Garner Report to the actual funding needed for their implementation.
Ben Schmitt, an executive on loan from Old National Bank, is coordinating the process and has been reaching out to many of you to participate in a series of upcoming one-on-one interviews and focus groups with the consultant team from RDG. To date, more than 40 assessment interviews have been already been scheduled, which is a fantastic response.
Having a clearer picture of funding for the next five years is critical if the Coalition is be successful in implementing any or all of recommendations presented with in the Garner Report. When Ben or a consultant from RDG calls to schedule an interview, please say “yes”.
